Thank you for using Meetup (referred to as "the App," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Personal Information: When you use the App, we may collect certain personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") that can be used to identify or contact you.

The Personal Information we collect includes:

• Your email address
• Your Slack user identifier data (including but not limited to: user name, user ID, and team ID)

We may use the information we collect from you for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App's functionality.
• To personalize and improve the App's user experience.
• To respond to your inquiries, comments, or feedback.
• To send you administrative notifications, updates, and other communications.
• To protect against fraudulent or unauthorized use of the App.

How We Share Your Information

• We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.
• We may share your information in the following circumstances: With law enforcement or government agencies if we believe it is necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the App, its users, or others.

However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Data Storage

Critical and sensitive data will be stored on secured servers and systems with restricted access.

Data Retention

User data will be stored at all times while the App is installed to a workspace. When uninstalling the App from a workspace, all user and workspace data relevant to that installation will be securely and irreversibly deleted.

Data Access and Deletion Requests

If you would like to request access to or deletion of your data. Please send an email to support@bryllyant.com. Include your contact information, information to identify your data, and reason for the request and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Google Data Limited Use

Meetup's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Usage

Meetup uses Google Calendar APIs to create meeting links. We only access and use your Google Calendar data to provide the necessary functionality of the App. We do not collect or store any other information from your Google Calendar, and we do not share this information with any third parties.

We use Google Calendar APIs to:

• Create calendar events: The App creates calendar events using the Google Calendar API to schedule meetings or events based on your instructions.
• Extract meeting link: The App retrieves the meeting links from the created calendar event.
• Delete calendar events: The App deletes the created calendar events once the meeting link has been extracted and returned to you.

Meetup also stores and uses certain Slack user identifier data in order to identify users using the App.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
